What makes RHINOSHIELD cases different from standard phone cases?
Our cases are engineered with ShockSpread™ technology, a proprietary polymer blend that provides over 11 feet of impact protection while remaining incredibly thin and lightweight. Unlike traditional plastic cases, our materials are BPA/BPS/BPF free and do not easily deform over time.
How long does shipping take and do you provide tracking?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
Are RHINOSHIELD screen protectors compatible with other case brands?
While our screen protectors are designed for a perfect fit with RHINOSHIELD cases, they are generally compatible with most third-party cases. However, we recommend checking the dimensions if you are using a case with very high raised edges to avoid lifting.
What is your return policy for electronics and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If you receive a defective product or the wrong model, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to initiate a free exchange or refund.
